Right of cancellation

You must inform us that you regret your purchase within 14 days of receipt. After that, you have 14 days to return your purchase. The item must not have been used to the degree that it cannot be sold again, otherwise you will have to pay for the impairment. Remember to return the complete product. You have to pay the return shipment yourself. Once we have received the product, we will transfer the money to your account, including the initial delivery costs. You can expect your money back within 14 days.

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Complaints

When shopping on www.zpiiel.com, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged or the money back depending on the specific situation.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

How fast should I complain?
You must complain within “reasonable time” after you discover the defect of the item. We recommend that you file a complaint as soon as possible. If you advertise within a week of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your shipping costs in connection with the return of the product to us.

When you return the item, please indicate what the problem is in as much detail as possible.
